PCCI, Inc. is pleased to announce that Ms. Michelle Trani has joined PCCI as a CAD Designer/Drafter supporting the Hyperbaric Systems Division of PCCI. Michelle brings mechanical and electrical drawing skills from working on projects that included supporting automated machine systems in the food and packaging industry. Michelle will be supporting the Hyperbaric Systems Group’s multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, plumbing and electrical) by developing engineering drawings for hyperbaric chamber systems and their supporting ancillary systems as needed. Michelle’s skills include using AutoCAD & SolidWorks for mechanical drawings, and EPLAN for electrical drawings. She is fluent In Spanish and English. Michelle received a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronic Engineering from the University of Quindio, Caldas, Colombia. We welcome Michelle onto the PCCI Hyperbaric Systems Team of professionals.

Ceren Hunter joined PCCI in July as the Chief Strategy Officer to lead strategic planning efforts focused on aligning the company’s structure and core competencies to meet sustainable growth objectives that diversify PCCI’s portfolio, especially in the commercial sector.  Previously, Ceren served as Director of Business Development & Customer Experience at MSRC, the largest spill response company in the Americas, where she significantly expanded market-share in upstream, downstream, and midstream O&G, grew YOY annual revenues by $1.4 million and transformed the customer delivery model to support the expanded customer base.  Ceren has over 15 years of experience developing and executing sustainable business strategies for long-term growth at energy companies ranging from small start-up ventures to a large Fortune 250, including Marine Well Containment Company, Marine Spill Response Company, and the AES Corporation.  Ceren holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s from the University of Virginia.

Carmine most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Marine Spill Response Corporation where he led a spill response organization with more than 400 employees at more than 40 sites representing one of the largest oil spill response portfolios in the world. In addition to his spill response organizational and operational experience, Carmine brings to PCCI extensive experience in ocean fleet management, including ship chartering, marine safety, and marine casualty response management.

PCCI expects Mr. Dulisse’s innovative leadership and experience in safety, operations, change management, and business development will ensure PCCI continues to meet our client’s highest expectation for quality and responsiveness as PCCI continues to grow.

The arbitration panel found in favor of PCCI on its claim for breach of contract related to employee transfers and funds withdrawn in violation of its joint venture agreement, and denied all of Global’s counterclaims.

PCCI, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Ramesh Dixit, P.E., PCCI’s Hyperbaric Systems Division Head, has been appointed by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), to serve on the Committee on Hyperbaric and Hypobaric Facilities. Mr. Dixit will be providing technical knowledge and professional experience from his 22-years of work directly involved in the hyperbaric/hypobaric product and services industry. Ramesh will be guiding NFPA’s efforts to improve and revise their safety codes and standards while ensuring safeguards are in place for customers in the Hyperbaric industry.

PCCI, Inc is pleased to welcome Matthew Schubert to PCCI’s Engineering and Naval Architecture Division in our Alexandria, VA office as a Chief Engineer. Matt brings with him 19 years in the maritime industry including years spent at sea as an engineering officer as well as shoreside performing and managing advanced structural engineering solutions as well as ship systems design.

As a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, majoring in Systems Engineering with minors in Naval Architecture and Environmental Engineering, he has a knowledge base to develop and execute solutions for a wide array of engineering projects. Matt has a vast portfolio of project engagement and management in both government and commercial arenas including continuous relationships with classification societies such as ABS, DNV, Lloyds, and more.

Matt will be assisting PCCI on our engineering portfolio including NAVFAC Ocean Facility installation projects, Department of Energy Offshore Wind Demonstration Project engineering services, and commercial salvage engineering service contracts.
