Crisis and Emergency Management
Since 2002, PCCI has provided crisis and emergency management training and exercises to BHP Billiton subsidiaries in the Americas. These services encompass natural disasters, mine fires/explosions/collapse, oil spills, gas leaks, strikes, major civil disturbances, hazardous and chemical materials release, hostage/terrorist situations, transportation accidents, tailing dam failures, and other incidents.

PCCI’s senior trainers are experts in the application of crisis and emergency management principals and environmental, health and safety programs that follow prudent industry practices and international guidelines and standards.
Desktop and Field Training / Exercises
Our training has included senior corporate officer crisis management teams, regional emergency management teams, asset specific incident management teams, and field response teams.
Realistic and Challenging Exercises
PCCI has worked directly with the company’s coal, copper, nickel, gold, uranium, phosphate, diamonds, and petroleum operations and assets to advance their emergency response readiness.
